This requirement is for the purchase and install of 1 EA 60' X 40' UV resistant shade covering with a wind rating of 77MPH or better. Either a Superspan Hip Shade or UV Stabilized Woven High-Density Polyethylene. Fabric color shall be a desert/sand color to match the base color scheme and existing shade cover structure. Similar sized shades or specs will be considered. UPDATED 4 JUNE 2025: Included Pictures and Dimensions UPDATED 5 JUNE: A site visit will be conducted on 6 June. Contractors will meet at the Cannon AFB Visitor Center starting at 2:00 P.M to obtain passes and will traverse to the park for a start time of 2:30 P.M. To obtain access to base and recieve passes, please send an email to the contacts listed in this solicitation containing the representative'(s) and organization's name no later than 12:00 PM MDT on 6 June. Furthermore, to obtain access to base, the representative requesting access must have a REAL-ID. UPDATE 6 JUNE: A new combo was released that clarifies evaluation criteria specifying delivery date as the first evaluation criteria with price as the fourth. Furthermore, the solicitation has been extended one (1) day to June 10th. UPDATE 9 JUNE: Fixed Statement of Work where "77 MPH or better" was listed and changed to "70 MPH or better"
