OUTBOARD MOTOR REPLACEMENT The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. The RFQ due date remains the same, 01/12/2026 1500PST. No additional questions may be allowed. Parts will be picked up at the vendor's facility within 2-hour driving distance from the USGS warehouse in Troutdale, Oregon. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Please provide the following information: 1.
