The 36th Contracting Office, Andersen AFB Guam, intends to award a brand-name, Firm-Fixed Price contract to the brand Ditch Witch for a Ditch Witch Backhoe, Centerline Trencher and Backfill Blade. These attachments are propriertary and only Ditch Witch can connect with the existing Ditch Witch Equipment. Market reseach has shown that nothing else in the open market is able to emulate the products offered by the brand Ditch Witch.

Any response to this notice must show clear convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantagous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, prosposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If an affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. This Notice of Intent is being posted on 23 July 2025 by 11:00 AM Chamorro Standard Time (CHST) to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Andersen AFB and shall be submitted to A1C Keegan Tunnicliff, email at keegan.tunnicliff@us.af.mil and to TSgt Samuel Gordon, email at samuel.gordon@us.af.mil. If no offers, comments, or objections are received by the above date, a brand-name solicitation will be issued under the brand Ditch Witch under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
