This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This requirement is a BRAND NAME requirement for 2EA DMC2038R - USAF ADVANCED WIRING TRAINING at Syracuse, New York. See Attachment 3 - DMC2038R - BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION LETTER. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The applicable NAICS code is 332216 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0103 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents, including the solicitation, FA302025Q0103, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
