Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The US Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an (existing) lease for the Transportation security Administration that is expiring in Mesa, AZ at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,348 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
