    This is a supply contract for 3D printers that meet the qualifications below.

    Instructions to Offerors: Please look at the quaalifications below. Please fill out the attchment labelled "Instructions. Please fill out" and provide accurate quotes. Total price will be evaluated by the Government. Proposed price should reflect a clear understanding of the requirements, is consistent with the various elements of the offer.

    Minimum Technical/Performance Requirements

    - Build Volume: Minimum 400mm x 400mm x 300mm.

    - Machine Dimensions: Approx. 750mm (H) x 670mm (W) x 830mm (D).

    - Supported Materials: Must be capable of printing with carbon- and glass-fiber reinforced polymers (e.g., PA12-CF, PA12-GF, PETG-CF) as well as flexible materials.

    - System Weight: Approx. 80–85 kg (175–185 lbs).

    - Print Bed: Rigid aluminum tooling plate (or equivalent) with automated leveling capabilities.

    - Production Speed: Capable of sustained high throughput printing (minimum 1 kg/day; objective 2 kg/day).

    - Motion System: Precision closed-loop servos or equivalent, achieving high accuracy and repeatability.

    - Chamber Control: Actively managed heated and cooled chamber to ensure print stability across environmental conditions.

    - Power: Standard 120V AC input, maximum draw ~1000W.

    - Print Head: Capable of reaching up to 500°C nozzle temperature.

    - Print Bed Temperature: Capable of heating to at least 130°C.

    - Chamber Temperature: Capable of heating to at least 60°C.

    - Resolution: Z resolution of 1.5 μm or better; X/Y resolution of 25 μm or better.

    - Maximum Print Speed: At least 1000mm/s.
