    DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 4 EA; )  Hard Bearing, Dual Drive, Horizontal Balance Machines with contract completion required in 365 days ARO.

    Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 23-40-1006 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirement will be included as a part of the solicitation.

    Request for Quote SPE4A8-25-Q-0044 is anticipated to be issued April 18, 2025, or sooner.

    FOB will be at Destination/Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination.  The solicitation will be Full and Open Competition. Site Visit information will be included in the solicitation.

    Award will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.

    This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.

    The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  A copy of the solicitation will be available on or around the date cited above via the DLA DIBBS website at:
