    Description of Services/Introduction:
    The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, additional facilities, transportation, and all other non-personal services necessary to perform frequent, annual, preventive maintenance, and repairs as required on the five (5) aerial lifts listed above.
