This one time buy is pursuant to the award for Synopsys Licenses and for small business vendors under NAICS Code 513210. Brand Name Only Part number. (See Attached Brand Name Justification)

Technical specifications include that quoted part number is a brand name match to the requested part number, compliant to delivery schedule.

This procurement is a one-time buy for the following Brand name part number: 

PN: F868-0 Item Description: Coverity TM, License Renewals Quantity: 10

Period of Performance: 7/21/2025-7/20/2026

Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following:

1. Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order subsequent to award. This is a eDelivery requirement.

2. Delivery is required and identified per part number

3. Letter of Supply/Authorized Reseller letters and/or Teaming Agreements MUST be submitted along with your quote

4. This is a Brand Name requirement. (See Attachment 1). 

5. Vendors must submit a quote utilizing the Excel Quote Worksheet (see Attachment 2) and email to the POC provided below

6. The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination.

7. Upon award, vendor must acknowledge, mark orders as shipped, and provide tracking information through OMS Vendor Portal or EDI.

Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days.
