4TH QTR, FY 25 KOSHER/COMMON FARE- FCC POLLOCK

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Pollock, Louisiana intends to issue solicitation 15B51925Q00000012 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY Common Fare/Kosher Items. This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, and delivery dates will begin July 1, 2025, and shall be completed by July 31, 2025.  Deliveries will be made according to the supplied schedule to the Federal Correctional Complex, 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999 and is restricted to Total Small Business.  The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
