    This is a new requirement for a purchase of a manually operated  Arm/Beam Gate System used to control traffic, conduct circulation control and provide emergency access and egress to the installation during contingency/emergency operations via external installation gates. When emplaced, the beam gates also serve to discourage attempts at illegal/unauthorized entry.
