Past Performance (Fixed Fire Systems & Clean Agents) CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Offerors must submit evidence of past work performance servicing fixed fire systems aboard any state or federal government assets. Additionally, proposals must explicitly include evidence of past work performance servicing clean agent (FM200) systems. Proposals lacking this past performance documentation will be considered technically unacceptable. Subcontractor Identification & Capability Offerors must explicitly identify if they intend to use a subcontractor to fulfill the requirements of the SOW. If subcontracting, the offeror must provide a statement of capability for all subcontractors to verify they are fully qualified to perform the required work. Confirmation of Period of Performance (POP) The proposal must include a clear, affirmative statement confirming their availability and that the Period of Performance (POP) as listed in the SOW can and will be met. Instructions to Offerors: All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. If a previous proposal was submitted by the first closing window and no response or revised proposal is received from the bidder on this amendment, the original proposal will be deemed final and binding and evaluated as-is. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number 52000QR260025236. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310. The small business size standard is $12,500,000. This is a total small business set aside all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
