556 TES CLEAR-COM HEADSETS

The 556 TES requires the purchase and delivery of fifty (50) Clear-Com CCC-802065-66-M and two (2) CC-300-X4 headsets.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12.200, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1.  This requirement will be solicited through SAM.gov , submit offers to TSgt Jeffrey Perkins at jeffrey.perkins.4@us.af.mil and Capt Taylor Peeples at taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil. 

Quotes are due 17 August 2026; 1000 PDT.

2.  The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026.

3.  This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 with a small business size standard of 600 employees.

4.  The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract line-item number (CLIN) structure is as follows:

CLIN 0001- Clear-Com Monaural CCC-802065-66-M VOX headset; Low crosstalk, voice operated switch (VOX) integration, Audio-Multi level security (A-MLS) capable.  Qty: 50

CLIN 0002 – Clear-Com CC-300-X4 Single ear dynamic headset; medium weight foam factor, XLR Female 4-pin connector, Dynamic microphones, integrated boom switch, A-MLS capable. Qty: 2
