THREE (3) MOBILE RESPONSE SHIELDS (MRS):

- Must be designed to protect from incoming rounds up to 7.62mm

- Must be individual and team maneuverable across all terrains and environments for dynamic fast-paced incidents

- Must also be able to be operated and maneuvered through hallways, doorways, and loading docks

- Must be on heavy duty wheels and allow for 360-degree turns

- Must provide full body protection for a person of average human height.

- Must have collapsible side/flank shields making it an adaptable mobile and defensive fighting position

- Must allow for the simultaneous ability to return fire by operators
