The system operates by using a cylinder assembly with various interchangeable brushes that vibrate between 1,000 and 3000 times per minute to effectively scrub and clean the interior surfaces of the barrel. The complete kit includes: A central control box and supply hoses A cylinder assembly with a bore rammer Multiple types of brushes (Abrasive, Nylon, and Bronze) for both the bore and chamber An oil dispenser for lubrication A foam dispenser assembly for de-coppering tasks A complete tool kit for assembly and maintenance A rugged carrying case for transport and storage The entire system weighs 60 pounds (essential for easy transportation) and require a compressed air source for operation.
