    • Wheel Assembly Torque System: Must simultaneously torque two nuts with an accuracy of 2% at max torque, a torque angle accuracy of 1 degree, and a torque range of 45-225 ft/lbs.
    • Additional Items: The requirement also includes a wheel lifting fixture, wheel adapters for C-5, C-17, and KC-46 aircraft, torque standard calibration equipment, on-site installation and training, and equipment warranty.
