SUPPLY CONTAINER SOLAR MICROGRID POWER SYST, PORE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 (effective 8/7/25). This solicitation is a Request for Quotations, numbered as 140P8325Q0056. The NAICS code is 221114, Solar Electric Power Generation with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is full and open and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Basis for award is best value decision including evaluation factors of price and delivery lead time, relative experience, and past performance. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility.
