    The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order using the policies and procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Subpart 13.5, and FAR Part 19. This notice is a request for competitive quotations with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under solicitation no. N0018925Q0127, which must be submitted to Mr. Ethan Othersen AND Mr. Jacob Gephart . Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept an offer. By submission of an offer, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitiation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
