    Description

    The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order using the policies and procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Subpart 13.5, and FAR Part 19. This notice is a request for competitive quotations with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under solicitation no. N0018925Q0127, which must be submitted to Mr. Ethan Othersen AND Mr. Jacob Gephart . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335929, Other Communication and Energy Wire Manufacturing. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this acquisition is 6150 - Miscellaneous Electric Power and Distribution Equipment. The Forces Surveillance Support Center (FSSC) requires the procurement of new single conductor medium voltage copper power cables to be delivered to three FSSC facilities located in Chesapeake, VA; Tilden, TX; and Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. This procurement will be used to replace existing cables of the same type that are reaching end-of-life (EoL). By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requester nor the principal corporate oficials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept an offer. By submission of an offer, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitiation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make the vendor ineligible for award.
