Guldmann, Inc. 14401 McCormick Dr. STE A Tampa, FL, 33626 This is done under authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive quotes. St. Cloud VA Healthcare System is replacing motors for Guldmann Patient Ceiling Lift System units installed at St. Cloud VA Medical Center. Market research revealed that Guldmann, Inc. is the proprietary developer and sole service provider for the Guldmann Patient Ceiling Lift System currently being utilized by St. Cloud VA Health Care System. Additionally, Guldmann, Inc. is the creator and Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Guldmann Patient Ceiling Lift System and has over the life of this equipment serviced this equipment for St. Cloud VA Health Care System. Guldmann, Inc., furthermore, owns the proprietary maintenance rights for this equipment and training. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 339113 (Â Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies). While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement, including documentation from the proprietary rights holder Guldmann, Inc. that such contractor could provide parts and services as an authorized reseller, authorized dealer or third party. Any offerings must be compatible with current systems in place at St. Cloud VA Medical Center.
