Purpose and Objectives The Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHS) Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805-5110 requires a contractor to provide a CO2 Laser System and accessories, delivery and installation of the system, technical support, and staff training on the use and maintenance of the system in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a one-time firm fixed price contract. This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Cincinnati, OH as part of market research for planning purposes. A draft copy of the SOW is attached and is the only information available at this time. The applicable NAICS Code is 334510 Laser Systems and Equipment, Medical, Manufacturing.
