This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FY26.08A 05/29/2026, FAC 2026-01 03/13/2026. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515-Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies. The Syracuse VAMC is seeking to purchase quantity of Three Eye exam chairs for their Syracuse Surgery Department. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Salient Characteristics required: STATEMENT OF WORK GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: Exam Chairs-quantity-3 delivered FOB Destination to the Syracuse VAMC. Type of Contract Contemplated: Firm/Fixed SCOPE Specialized chairs quantity 3 for the Syracuse VAMC designed for patients during eye examinations and procedures. The scope lies in providing optimal patient positioning, comfort, and support throughout the examination process.
