The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a business that can provide a Brand Name or Equal - Biodex Gait Trainer 3 with support bar and the BIODEX NXSTEP unweighing system to include installation and training. Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Identifier Code (UEI), Socio-Economic Category i.e.,(SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.), Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements, product brochure, and authorized distribution letter.
