This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and RFO 12.102 for restricting competition. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
