THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to procure mobile medical carts/workstations on wheels. This equipment requirement is for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center located in Philadelphia, PA 19104. Please review the salient characteristics required to satisfy this need in the document attached. The full solicitation may be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov and/or NASA SEWP on or around March 20, 2026. The business size is yet to be determined. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services; the size standard is $34.0 million.
