Please reference ATTACHMENT A PRICE COST SCHEDULE of the solicitation Question 3 Monthly shipments and quantity desired per shipment? To be determined by each end user/facility ordering Question 4 Can you clarify what type of monitoring system you are required to purchase, pulse oximetry or regional oximetry? This is brain/cerebral oximetry monitoring Question 5 Additionally, in attachment A, is it permissible to list our equivalent product SKUs in a manner we see fit? Yes, it s permissible. Please, in Attachment A use Column M or O for the SKU #. Question 6 It would be a challenge to align our products against the Masimo products without having intimate knowledge of product specifications. Please reference pages 3-5 of the Solicitation specific Salient Characteristics (pg. 5 of the solicitation)
