These devices will be utilized in the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) for the administration of life-saving warmed fluids and blood products, particularly in trauma, surgery, and other emergency situations. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 (08/07/2025).
