Purpose: The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential sources which will aid in defining the procurement strategy for example, set-aside, sole source, or unrestricted for a solicitation the VA intends on issuing shortly as follows: The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located in Houston; Texas has a brand name requirement for Medtronic G3 Generator / Symplicity Spyral Catheters one time purchase. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112, PSC 6515. The anticipated type of contract shall be a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price. The Government wishes to enter into a contract with a 90 days ARO for the following: Medtronic RDN016 Symplicity Spyral Catheters (Qty: 14) Medtronic RDNG3A G3 Generator with RDN019 Cart (Qty: 1) 3.
