The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Stryker S-Series Booms, Lights, and Video Integration System Upgrade (Brand Name or Equal) at a firm fixed price for the following location: Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Lee County VA Healthcare Center (LCHCC) 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, Florida 33909 ***See attached Draft Statement of Work*** Interested parties should provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, and point of contact email address and phone number. 2. UEI number and CAGE code. 3. Business size status under the applicable NAICS code. 4. Existing government Contract Number/ Contract for scope and expiration date. 5. Manufacturing country of origin. 6. Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If a distributor) 7. Will the prime contractor provide products it manufactures? 8. Will the prime contractor acquire the products from a small or large business manufacturer? 9. If it is a nonmanufacturer, is it providing the end items of a small business manufacturer? 10. What percentage of the total contract value will be subcontracted? Responses are due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 13:00 PM EST on Friday, March 13, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought.
