Delivery Location Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) 921 NE 13th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73104 Requirements/salient characteristics Surgical Chair hydraulic height adjustment (18.75"-28.25"), tri-leg design with 3" smooth roll castors, rear wheel locking, contoured backrest with lumbar support fully adjustable up/down and in/out, waterfall edge on seat for sciatic nerve relief, ergonomic pedals for height up/down and floor locking, numeric marking for all adjustments, weight limit 300lbs An example of this chair is the Haag-Streit Surgical Chair 900. This example is for clarification purposes only. Other chairs may meet this requirement.
