These items are highlighted in Green on the excel spreadsheet. The updated technical specifications and corresponding updated compliance matrix have been uploaded to SAM.  Please be sure to use the amended compliance matrix in your responses. Older versions of the compliance matrix will NOT be accepted.  There is a date in top right corner of the compliance matrix. Please ensure you are using the compliance matrix dated after 7/27/2026 for those items highlighted in green on the excel spreadsheet that contains the answers to the questions.  Amendment 0001 to update Equipment quantity from 2 to 1 for 687B63002.
