Statement of Need CT Scanner Contrast Power Injection System Radiology Department Altoona VA Medical Center Summary The Stellant Flex system is the current system being used in the Radiology CT scanner room at Altoona VA Medical Center (VAMC). The current system has reached end of life and Altoona VAMC requires a new system with the newest technology. Project Scope The contractor shall provide delivery of a complete Power Injection System and all related Installation to make system fully ready for patient use in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The CT Scanner Contrast Power Injection System shall at a minimum meet all the following salient characteristics.
