The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name, Pathology Scanner WSI Solution, Philips Scanner SG300 to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and a capability statement to the requirement. Provide evidence your business can provide the requested items to include past/and or current contracts for the same requirement, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent to darrin.alexander2@va.gov no later than May 21, 2026, at 13:00 Hours Eastern Standard Time.
