The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name, Film QA Software Gafchromic In-Vivo Dosimetry System, to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable or other Federal Contact vehicles, and a capability statement to the requirement. Provide evidence your business can provide the requested items to include past/and or current contract for the same requirement and any other compelling evidence to help the Government detain your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent to darrin.alexander2@va.gov no later than July 15, 2026, at 13:00 Hours Eastern Standard Time.
