Background and Requirement: El Paso VA Health Care System needs the requested items to provide for the Handheld Ultrasound, for the Pain Clinic To provide Handheld Ultrasound and associated equipment for the pain clinic to help improve the Veterans extremities strength High-definition imaging designed for surgery and musculoskeletal care Visualize soft tissue, vessels, and nerves to guide procedures, evaluate injuries, and support confident pre- and post-operative care. 3. The Department of Veterans Affairs, El Paso VA Health Care System, proposed the  Handheld. Ultrasound and associated equipment are to provide a minimum of three  years of upgraded warranty. Capable of delivering targeted cervical spinal cord stimulation to modulate include sensorimotor pathways.       4. SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT REQUIRED: To provide Handheld Ultrasound and associated equipment, El Paso VA Health Care System needs the requested items to provide for the Handheld Ultrasound, for the Pain Clinic 5001 North Piedras Street, El Paso, TX 79930 for the Pain Clinic. a. Common Nomenclature (Commercial Description) High definition diagnostic ultrasound imaging system designed for surgical and musculoskeletal care. Provides real time visualization of soft tissue, vessels, and nerves to guide procedures, evaluate injuries, and support confident pre and post operative care. b. Kind of Material (Type, Grade, Alternatives) Medical grade electronic diagnostic equipment composed of durable clinical use housing, integrated ultrasonic transducer components, and wireless communication hardware. Compatible with standard medical disinfectants and designed for routine clinical environments. c. Electrical Data Scan Time: Approximately 60 minutes Charge Time: No longer than 100 minutes Battery Standby Duration: Approximately 7 days Boot up Time: Platform dependent; generally, less than 30 seconds Power Source: Internal rechargeable battery; operates wirelessly during use d. The Contractor shall offer recommendations for applicable upgrades. Software refers to the licensed application programs supplied by the original developer. Customer refers to the purchasing site, firm, group, company, or corporation. k. Software Support Services The Contractor must provide unlimited telephone and email support to Customer inquiries regarding the use and operation of the software. This does not include training in the use of the software, customer modifications, product development, or modification of existing source codes belonging to the Government.
