After reviewing the Installation, Software Installation & Updates, and Maintenance/Repair sections of the RFQ, we believe these requirements do not fully align with standalone diagnostic and surgical display devices. Response: VA s request for Installation, Software Installation & Updates, and Maintenance/Repair will be removed from this RFQ, as these requirements are not applicable. Does "Nationwide" include OCONUS VA facilities, such as those located in Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands? Response - See Attachment D page 8. If OCONUS delivery is required, will shipping costs to those locations be treated separately, or must they be embedded in the proposed unit price?
