Service Location: VA Portland Healthcare System Building 103, E147 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239-2964 The period of performance will be the following: Base Year: 04/01/2026 03/31/2027 Delivery and installation required within 90 days of start of the period of performance. Vendor shall install the system within three weeks of delivery to VA Portland Healthcare System. See Statement of Work within solicitation for full requirements. Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
