The manufacturer has formally identified L1 Enterprises, Inc. as the only authorized distributor for U.S. Government customers, and no other vendors are authorized to provide the required equipment or associated services. Due to these exclusive manufacturer and distribution arrangements, L1 Enterprises, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of supplying the required Spectralis Tracking OCT system in accordance with OEM specifications and Government procurement requirements. A Notice of Intent to Sole Source will be posted on Contracting Opportunities to maximize visibility and allow any potential vendors to express interest or demonstrate capability. If no other responsible sources come forward with documentation demonstrating authorized capability to meet the requirement, the Government intends to proceed with a sole-source award to L1 Enterprises, Inc. pursuant to FAR 6.302 1.
