THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center, intends to award a firm fixed price, single source purchase order to Staxi Corporation. The purpose of the order is to obtain Staxi Ranger Transport Chairs for the Salem VA Medical Center. Order to include the following: (P/N RA010-L-CC) Staxi Ranger Chairs (Staxi Blue)-Quantity 10 (P/N ST080) Ranger Rear Fitting O2 Tank Holder-Quantity 10 A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
