The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339115, Ophthalmic Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies, with a small business size standard of 1,000. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This Sources Sought does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. Requirement The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center is requesting the following items: Description Quantity Unit 4D TRACE: Perfect Fit system, ready to be integrated with specific frame tracer, to perform the frame groove depth measurement in combination with frame tracing. A simple interface will combine tracer data and groove depth for the Perfect Fit. 1 EACH 4D ENABLING (PER MACHINE): Remote Activation and Configuration for one specific bevel angle for any EasyFit or EZFit edger 3 EACH PERFECT FIT INSTALLATION & TRAINING: Including installation and training 1 EACH HOYA GT-7000 TRACER: for standard and wrap frames tracing 1 EACH Delivery to the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
