The associated NAICS code for these products is 325413. The vendor, Abbott, a large business is located at 100 South Sanders Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Description of equipment requirements: The Laboratory Medicine department requests a one-year purchase order for Abbott ID NOW analyzers and associated proprietary test kits required to support point of care (POC) molecular testing for COVID 19, Influenza A/B, RSV, and Strep A at Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations.
