This part is manufactured by Avon Protection Systems Incorporated, CAGE 1LEW5, under part number MI-TIC-S-3 USN. 

This procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base period of five (5) years with zero (0) options.  Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. QCC of DAB. Estimated Annual Demand is 332, the Minimum is 82, and the Maximum is 332.  Export Control applies. Covered Defense Information applies. Requested delivery of 171 days ARO. NAICS is 334519. This NSN is commercial of a type and will utilize solicitation and award procedures IAW FAR 12.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be on or about September 29, 2025.
