The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to purchase the AlteCap Swift Automated Decapper System, along with all necessary components and cassettes for full operational capability and installation from Thomas Scientific, to be installed at VAMC Boston, MA. Thomas Scientific, is the only company who can provide the system and installation that meets all the needs of VAMC Boston to maintain VA research compliance. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.
