    DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS EASTERN OKLAHOMA VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, TULSA, OKC STATEMENT OF WORK Capital Purchase of Laboratory Solvent Recycling and Distillation System Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Medical Center, Eastern Oklahoma City (VAMCEOKC), 1011 Honor Heights Dr, Muskogee, OK 74401 has the requirement for the capital purchase of one (1) Laboratory Solvent Recycling and Distillation System. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price small-business set-aside. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Laboratory Solvent Recycling and Distillation System) to the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Dr, Muskogee, OK 74401 depending on manufacturing and delivery lead time. Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center will need move the delivered equipment to the New Tulsa VA Medical Center, located at 440 S. Houston, Tulsa, OK 74127 if manufacturing delay is not available to meet projected delivery date September 2025. The Contractor shall provide either a demonstration or a training at the new Tulsa VA Medical Center upon request. BACKGROUND A facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is currently being renovated for the purpose of being used as the new Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC) in September 2025. Salient Characteristics (Technical specifications) The new Tulsa Medical Center requires one (1) laboratory solvent recycling and distillation system that complies with the following specifications: Equipment must include: 1-Year warranty on all equipment All equipment shall be current, state-of-the-art equipment. Remanufactured and discontinued model will not be accepted. An Operators manual shall be furnished, paper or electronic, with the instrument supplied to the VA as the equipment is delivered and updates to the manual shall be provided in a timely manner (within 60 days of updates). d. 5-gallon (20 liter) Capacity e. Dimensions: No larger than 30 Wide x 70 Height x 32 Deep f. Electrical Configurations: Must be no greater than 120 VAC, 15.0 A, 50/60 Hz g. Able to recycle the following solvents: Xylene and alcohol 4. Location/delivery Contractor shall deliver all equipment to the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Dr, Muskogee, OK 74401, or New Tulsa VA Medical Center, located at 440 S. Houston, Tulsa, OK 74127 depending on manufacturing lead time and warranty. Shipping charges shall be included in the price of the equipment. The VA will need to move the unused equipment from Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center to the new Tulsa VA Medical Center without voiding the warranty. Contractors must annotate specific warranty details to include whether warranty begins upon delivery, or when the equipment is installed and operational, etc. 6. TRAINING/DEMOSTRATION The Contractor shall provide either in-person demonstration and/or training to lab personnel at the new Tulsa VA Medical Center once installed at no additional cost. The government anticipates the solicitation will be posted April 25, 2025.
