For the Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West, Amarillo, TX 79106. See Statement of Work. BACKGROUND Amarillo VA Health Care System Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West Amarillo, TX 79106 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The AVAHCS and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Lubbock, TX; Dalhart, TX; Childress, TX; and Clovis, NM, are in need of replacement analyzers to perform molecular testing on our patient population. See SOW for the performance requirements. RESPONSE If interested, please provide the following information in your response: 1. Provide a list of Authorized SDVOS/VOSB distributors. 5. Capability Statement and indicate if products are available on GSA Schedule of open market. The information provided in a response to this notice may be used in developing an acquisition approach. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking any proprietary or competitive sensitive information that is provided in a response.
