Due to the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement, this solicitation is only open to offerors who are the owner of the commercial lodging property, or they are the legally contracted management company for that commercial lodging property. No third party offerors will be accepted."
2. Add Attachment 2 – Questions and Answers, in response to the contractor questions received 6 August 2025
3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

This announcement constitutes the sole solicitiation; quotes are being requested and a seperate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated 11 June 2025 and DFARS change notice 17 January 2025.
Description of Services
The contractor shall provide resort-style accomodation, to include meals, training materials, parking, and applicable activities for a singles retreat. These accomodations must be between 75 and 150 miles from JBSA Lackland Air Force Base. (Refer to Performance Work Statement (PWS)-Attachment 1)
