Statement of Work Shepherdsville, KY-Self-employment tools/equipment SCOPE The purpose of this procurement is to obtain brand name or equal photography components and delivery services to fulfill the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Louisville Regional Benefits Office at 321 W Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202. The Contractor shall provide photography components, and associated items to meet minimum requirements. Awarded vendor shall provide brand name or equal products as described in the attached solicitation price list. Contractors will fill out the attached price list and list the products they are quoting. Brand Name or Equal The items listed within the solicitation are brand name or equal products. The purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government s needs. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation. If proposing an equal brand name manufacturer must: (1) Meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation; (2) Clearly identify the item by- (i) Brand name, if any; and (ii) Make or model number; (3) Include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer.
