    The contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with federal, state, and local authorities, project specifications, compliance with most recent building codes, and drawings necessary to complete the construction of this project at the VA Medical Center, Tomah, Wisconsin. This renovation project includes demolition of a lower level (basement) for storage and upper level currently office space for new office space (total space of approximately 8,250 sq ft). A short list of upgrades to the existing building systems including: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, network, fire protection, security requirements, architectural features, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, site civil/structural work, while maintaining compliance with and as part of a historical contributing asset.
    All work shall be completed within 460 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Plans, specifications and locations for Hazardous Materials and Asbestos containing materials will be included in package
