The objective is to enhance guests' mental toughness, spiritual maturity, and sense of responsibility, empowering them to resolve personal and professional challenges and become more effective in their military roles and relationships. 2. The facility is required to be no more than a two-hour drive from JBSA, Texas. Additionally, the resort must feature a range of onsite amenities and activities, including but not limited to rock climbing, a water park, bowling, conference facilities, and various dining options. 3. This requirement is being solicited under: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels Product Service Code: V231 Lodging-Hotel/Motel. Large Business/Size Standard is $40,000,000.00. 4. This proposed contract action falls under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, which allows for solicitation and negotiation with the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses will be used to determine if there are other entities that can meet the requirement for future retreats.
