It is the offeror’s responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments.
All quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Quotes submitted via e-mail or fax will not be accepted.
Award will be to the lowest priced, responsive quote recieved from a responsible offeror.
