    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Aerial Lift/Bucket truck rental for issued by the 7th Contractign Squadron in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

    The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. However, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

    QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

    1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 & 3 of RFQ *Or contractor equivalent.
    2. Specifications sheet for equipment proposed.
    3. Proposed delivery must be stated.*If a contractors equivalent quote document is used, all required information from this RFQ must be stated.

    EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factDyess AFB, TX 79607ors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical acceptability, proposed delivery period, and price. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the Statement of Work attached.
